Agreement and account
This agreement governs access to the FreightEZ application supplied by FreightEZ Technologies Ltd. You must have authority to subscribe for your organization, provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. Tell hello@freightez.ca promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
License to use FreightEZ
During an active trial or subscription, FreightEZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your organization’s internal business operations. This does not transfer ownership of the software or branding.
Trial, recurring billing and price
The free trial lasts 14 days and requires a credit card. Cancel in the app before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Otherwise, your card is charged after 14 days and monthly thereafter. The Essential plan is C$100 per month for the entire fleet, with that rate locked while you remain subscribed. Applicable taxes and payable amounts must be disclosed before payment authorization. Stripe processes payments.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel in the app at any time. After billing starts, cancellation stops the next monthly charge. Charges already made are non-refundable unless FreightEZ agrees otherwise or a refund is required by applicable law. Contact hello@freightez.ca if you need assistance.
Your data and responsibilities
You retain rights in information and documents you submit. You authorize FreightEZ and its service providers to process that information to operate and support the service. You are responsible for its accuracy, lawful collection and use, and appropriate authority for driver, employee and customer information. Keep records and copies needed for your business and legal obligations.
Acceptable use
Do not use FreightEZ unlawfully, upload malicious content, infringe others’ rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, share credentials in a way that compromises security, or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law permits it.
Integrations and business decisions
Third-party integrations and services may have separate terms, requirements and availability. You are responsible for checking records, invoices, reports, compliance information and outputs before relying on them. FreightEZ does not replace professional advice or your operational and regulatory responsibilities.
Support, availability and suspension
Contact hello@freightez.ca for support. Availability and features may change. Access may be restricted where necessary to address security threats, unlawful use, non-payment or material breaches, with notice where practicable. No specific uptime, support response time or service-level commitment is created by this agreement.
Privacy and limitations
Our Privacy Policy describes handling of personal information. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every business need. Nothing in this agreement removes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates and contact
