About these terms
These terms govern use of the FreightEZ website operated by FreightEZ Technologies Ltd. Use of the FreightEZ application is also governed by the End User Agreement. For questions, contact hello@freightez.ca.
Permitted use
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity, distribute malicious software or misuse content or other people’s information. If acting for a company, you must have authority to act on its behalf.
Information and demonstrations
Website content and demonstrations explain FreightEZ’s capabilities. They do not replace professional legal, accounting, tax, safety or transportation advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and applicable obligations.
Trial and pricing
The free trial lasts 14 days and requires a credit card. Unless you cancel in the app before the trial ends, billing begins after 14 days. The advertised Essential plan is C$100 per month for the entire fleet, with the founding rate locked while the subscription remains active. Any applicable taxes and the amount due must be shown before payment authorization.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel in the app before your trial ends to avoid the first charge. After billing begins, you may cancel at any time to stop the next monthly charge. Amounts already charged are not refunded unless FreightEZ agrees otherwise or applicable law requires a refund. For cancellation questions, contact hello@freightez.ca.
Website content and links
FreightEZ and its licensors retain rights in website content, branding and software. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission except as allowed by law. Links to services such as Stripe, Calendly or other third parties are subject to their own terms.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but availability and content may change. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
